Improved UI to not click delete file, folder or product by mistake

The buttons are close to eachother and it is easy to click one of these by mistake.

Hi,

We will mark this as partly shipped, since we have implemented a trashcan in the Media module.

See screenshot for an example how easy the current UI makes it to click the wrong button.

In media library, the Delete Folder button is next to Delete File, and thus makes it really easy for an editor to by accident remove a whole library of media files. Happened to my customer last week and caused a lot of frustration.
Delete Folder button could be moved to the "Settings" tab in the media folder view.
