Block invalid symbols/characters in content filenames

In Backoffice, block or notify when the user tries to publish content with invalid filenames.

Example client published downloadable pdf. with the symbol "&" in filename, link appears broken and no file is downloaded.

This can likely be added in the project using https://docs.litium.com/documentation/architecture/validation
