As an administrator I would like to see the preview of inactive blocks in the BO, and have somewhere mentioned that the block is inactive, or inactive in that selected channel. It will be easier for the content team to see what blocks/content is inactive.

As an administrator I want the block type name displayed on each block container (on the page blocks view), just to make sure if it ever happens again that the previews are not shown/not working, the content team would easily identify the blocks they want to edit.
