The value for "Keep querystring in redirect" for permanent redirects in backoffice is not able to be fetched. It would be good to add this to be more consistent with the MVC Accelerator.

Also what is the purpose of the "permanent" attribute as it is always set to true (which is kind of expected as it is called Permanent Redirects in backoffice).
