Import/export categories from Excel

Currently it's only possible to import products from Excel but it would also be valuable to be able to import categories when migrating a customer web to Litium

Export category tree for enrichment and search for fields on categories Merged

It would be nice to be able to export the category tree for enrichment. Also it would be nice to be able to build workflows and search for fields used in categories to be able to see where enrichment is missing.
