Add pagination or search capablitites to the category product list in Litium PIM

When viewing a category in Litium PIM it lists all the variants in the category in a long scroll. If there are many variants it takes a long time to load and the resulting list can't be worked with.

Publishing where top row and left column are fixed

When having a lit of articles and channels it can be a challange to set publishing checkboxes - we are forced to do this via import/export insted - but with a better UX it could be easier and fester.

Ability to use RVT file type

As an administrator I should be able to upload images of type RVT.
