Add possibility to set permissions for organization and groups

Add possibility to set permissions for organization and groups on variant level

Currently have 2 bigger B2B customer cases that has limited assortments on variant level.
Can be solved by adding pointers on variant level but will decrease performance compared to a standard setting if the permissions are set on thousands of variants.
