Yes, the feature that has been delivered is the toggle on the order details page in Backoffice that allows viewing the order excluding VAT.
Regarding discount prices and thresholds, we are currently working on improvements to the discount creation user interface. As part of that work, we will evaluate support for configuring discount prices and thresholds excluding VAT. That said, there may be data model dependencies that require this capability to be addressed in a later iteration.
The ability to configure fees excluding VAT remains relevant and is still on our backlog.

Does this refer to the VAT toggle on the order details page in BO or are there other changes that I have missed? I was hoping for a bit more, for example ability to set discount prices and threshold without vat, especially considering the merged ideas.
