Currently it is only possible to build filters and smart products lists based on price lists by selecting one price list at the time. This means that it is not possible to build filters of type "Product is in price list x or price list y" as adding them as separate filters would require the product to be in both price list x and price list y. The current design is to limited when creating complex product lists and filters.

A suggestion would be to take inspiration from how the category filter works in BO. This could also be solved by allowing fields to be combined with OR rather than just AND which is the case right now.
