When users report that their voucher codes aren’t working, it can be difficult to investigate. Currently, I can check the campaign to confirm whether the code has been used, but I can’t see which order it was tied to. Meanwhile, our Support team often hears from users who claim they haven’t redeemed the code themselves.
If the Orders system allowed us to:
Search directly by voucher code, and
Display the voucher code on the relevant order itself,
…it would make these situations much easier and faster to resolve. Both Support and other teams could quickly verify the order associated with a code, reducing back-and-forth and improving the user experience.
