To give more opportunites to the storefront API to handle the cart context better it would be great to instead give information about the cart context so that the storefront can create and handle the cookie itself.

For example to handle multiple carts in different site prefixes. As today in the React accelerator when using prefixes and a single domain name for a site with multiple channels leads to the cart context cookie being cleared.

This is not very ideal and could be solved by giving the storefront the necessary information to create the cookie itself and to set the cookie with the specific site path to only make the cookie available for the specific path on the site.

As Litium supports sending the cart context as a header as well it would be great to make the Storefront API truly headless.
