Currently, if you look at a the block tab of a page where you've added blocks you can only see the template names of the blocks and not the name for that specific block (what is in the name field on the block) unless they're global blocks. We'd like to always be able to see the block's name field's value (if the field is present on the template) so we can more easily distinguish between multiple blocks of the same template.

It seems that local blocks don't have names, only global blocks. If you have a list of local subblocks of the same type you can't see which one is which.
