Publishing where top row and left column are fixed

When having a lit of articles and channels it can be a challange to set publishing checkboxes - we are forced to do this via import/export insted - but with a better UX it could be easier and fester.

    A solution is planned for this view. The UI will have a new design to avoid the confusion mentioned, but also to handle large amount of variants and channels.
