Update to support Node 18 on MVC Accelerator

Now that Node.js v16 has reached end of life it would be beneficial to find a way to update to Node v18 (or 20 when it becomes LTS) for the MVC Accelerator.

Today build won't work if a Node version earlier than v16.8 up to but not including v17.

This could pose security threats and also cause incompatibility with packages going forward as many projects have moved away from Node v16 and only supports Node v18 or above.
