Since litium 8 the order view i quite stripped down to the point that there are to much information missing. Since the possibilities for custom orderstates are removed tags and additional info that where important before is no essential to understand the state of a order.
We need this information, so i see two options
Make it possible for us to extend the order view to display anything we want since since there are in some scenarios extremely usefull to be able to fetch som other related information or add custom buttons to trigger actions on order. Let us add actions to the GDPR/Cancel product not delivered menu
Add below information to the order view
order tags
order additional info
delivery additional info
delivery transaction reference
order row additional info
order row comment dont rememer if this field was replace by additional info
payment additional info
payment merchant reference

Also the AdditionalInfo of the shipment rows.

I'd like to see the PaymentID and the PaymentReference (ID at the payment provider) as well.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. Here is a status update on the things you mention.
We are currently in early progress of implementing showing the additional order information in the order view. Hopefully released later this spring in 8.10.
We are also considering the options of showing the rest of the information you mention.
For the possibility of extending the UI in new ways, we have early discussions of how to set up the framework, but have not decided yet on the details or when to develop it.
