Volume discount - buy 5 or more and get 50% discount on each of them

Currently there is no good way to give a volume discount, the Mix and match set a cap on the rebate so this is not applicable and the normal X% of starts from 1 - this request/proposal is basically the normal product rebate but with a another starting level.
