Smart groups - Add the possibility to create smart groups based on organization attributes

In every B2B customer portal project the need to steer content based on attributes on organization level is needed. Segment, Business Area etc.
Would be great not to have to build custom solutions for this in each project :)

      This is now possible by using the new contextual groups shipped in Litium 8.15. 🎉
