Make it possible to copy/duplicate a category tree in Litium PIM

In the current Litium PIM, it is not possible to copy/duplicate the structure of categories and it's content. To do this you need to export a category, update the export file and add the new category as category for each variant in the category, and finally import the file again. This is a really cumbersome work when you are working with a lot of variants. So this functionality would make it easier for the producers to work with the category structure.

Example: Our customer is working with one assortment and has a Sales category where they plan and sort products for their upcoming sales period. They want to be able to show and sort products differently in different markets, so a second Sales category was requested. The sales categories contains a lot of products which is causing a lot of extra work if they would need to export/import to the new category.

How it should work:

-Select the requested category to copy/duplicate.

-Create a new category on the same level.

-Copy data in tables Category, CategoryFieldData, CategoryWebsiteLink, BaseProductCategoryLink and BaseProductCategoryLinkActiveVariants from the selected category into the newly created category. (We need to alter the url for the new category to avoid collisions)

-Do this recursively for each child level categories.

Expected results would be a duplicate category of the selected category in the first step (with exception from the altered _url).
