The cost for a delivery method i now set on the delivery method it self. Instead it should be possible to set i in the channel/country settings where delivery methods are connected to a channel.

Since the cost of delivery differ very much between different countries you may want to charge the customer differend delivery fees depending och where to deliver - but you still want to use the same delivery method.
