To make it harder for competitor to view number of orders and to estimate revenue by placing orders on a litium ecommerce site it would be good if there was a easy way of overriding the order number that are set on the order.

base implementation could still be readableorderId but we would like to generate a obfuscated order number to not make it so obvious how many orders i site have had since your last order. This need to be done before order is placed against payment providers
