To make Litium stronger as a PIM an export engine would be great. This would make Litium more useful by giving Litium customers easy ways to provide resellers with up to date information, to send data to industry databases and so on.

In the export engine the user should be able to set up custom exports of PIM data and images. Like in the Excel-export the user should be able to select what fields and languages etc. should be exported.

Different export formats should be selectable, such as Excel, xml and json. These formats could have standard formats, but a Litium partner should be able so add custom export formats if needed.

It should be possible to schedule an export, for example once a day och every sunday at specific times.

Different delivery methods should be possible, such as export to local FTP, export to remote FTP, sent by email or by a file transfer service.

A configured export should be saved and possible to run at once and to be inactivated/activated or deleted.
