Being able to set a fixed count of a MultiField array or a min/max count would be really useful.

Sometimes you have some kind of grid that only supports 3 items. Being able to tell the MultiField that there could not be more than three items would make it a lot easier. The current workaround is to create 3 MultiFields with Array=false which really clutters up the field definitions.
