Add a Used by filter to media so it's easier to find files not in use Merged

It would be helpful if I could use a filter to see images and other media entities that are not in use, so I can remove them. Today I have to inspect each item and check the Used by tab. There's no way from the list or grid view to see if an item is used anywhere.
