When adding a new Channel, usually the business requirement would be to use the same setting as a existing channel, but only slightly differently. For example, easiest way to have a new language is to make a new channel for that language.

As at now, if a channel exists in English, and now you want another in Swedish, each and every

setting, product, category, page, blocks, golobalization settings, everything need to manually one by one be set.

If a clone Channel functionality was there, it is only to Clone the channel, and just change the language and set a domain name.
