Often there are pages that should not be allowed to occur more than once in a website (Startpage/Checkout/Search result/404-page/Order confirmation etc.) so it would help if there were a template setting to check for this so that multiple instances are not added by mistake causing issues when redirecting users to first found instance of certain pages.
