I want to be able to store additional metadata on a field definition that can be used to present or work with the value stored in the field, currently I can only store name and description, example scenarios:

• Store unit for the field value, for example if a field has a decimal value I want to define on the field if that value is st/kg/KwH when rendering on the page.
• Complex description, for example if the description for the field require formatting or a link
