Separate internal and external field grouping in PIM

Add a separate grouping of PIM fields that is used in Litium PIM. This should not be connected to external grouping used to list fields on a product page.

    Hi,


    This is partly solved by the ability to set field groups and fields to Visible. This means that the Storefront API will only return fields and field groups where Visible=yes.
