The settings for Index/Noindex and Follow/Nofollow should be set on a website level instead of on each page. The current setup is quite demanding to handle, for example when copying a site from staging (will noindex and nofollow) to production, where all pages needs to be changed.

There should however be possible to override website settings on specific pages:
