Enable multi select and a separate selection list in PIM

Sometimes you can not do the search specific enough to get just those products/articles you want to edit. Add the possibility to select multiple products/articles in the search result and export only the selected.

And to enhance this even more. Create a separate selection list to which the user can add articles from search result and product groups in multiple steps. The selection list should be possible to export for editing in Excel.

Product lists seems to be the main solution to this request. The ability to use the filters in the dialog when adding products to a simple product list remain.

Yes, compete filter options in that dialog would do the job. But I think it's more intuitive to work with the regular search and add to product list, rather then to edit a product list and add from there.

Ok, I see your point. Also, when editing an existing list, I guess when clicking "Add products" you get a dialog opened, in that dialog there is only a search field - I guess having the complete filter options there would achieve the same thing?

Yes, selecting a few products from a search result and export them seems to work now.

Product Lists might be the answer to the second suggestions, but it's not possible to att products to an existing list - only creating a new list from the search result. Add support for marking products and batch add them to an existing list and it's solved :)

    Hi Fredrik,

As I understand, it is now possible to select multiple products in the search result and click Export to get them into Excel.

For the second suggestion, is product lists not enough to work with?
