Limit blocks and page templates per website

There should be a setting for a block template to limit it to only be used on selected websites.

Bring back the Page Type Settings Merged

In previous versions of Lithium there were settings for each page type. Some of them need to be brought back. Can be moved to Trash can Can be in (google) site map Is searchable Limit Page templates to be used on selected websites
