Change Pricelist setting "Include VAT" to "Includes VAT" to avoid confusion of its usage.

Current name implies that the system should add VAT ontop of price. The actual functionality only explains if the pricelist values includes VAT or not. Changing the setting has no effect on the stored price values.

The channel setting "Show prices with VAT" is used to recalculate price with or without VAT.

Change backoffice field header and model property name PriceList.IncludeVat (property summary is correct)
